Fire Safety
Assembled hup! walls have been confirmed to fully comply with Building Regulations fire safety requirements. Following independent fire tests, we’re also able to confirm that fully assembled hup! tiled and hybrid roofs comply with all Building Regulations on requirements for fire safety.
NHBC Accepts
The ultrapanel technology used inside hup! has been accepted by NHBC who provide guarantee’s on new homes and is used on new builds across the UK.
Strength
Two strength tests were completed by the Steel Construction Institute (SCI) on hup! walls and compared them to traditional brick and block walls. With lateral strength being 70% higher than a brick wall and vertical loadings being the same strength as a brick wall.
Assent
Assent is a Building Control Approved Inspector which follows codes of conduct and building control performance standards. hup! walls and roofs have been pre-approved by Assent to reduce potential red tape and provide you with a quick and easy route to Building Regulation compliance.
JHAI
