Our modernised version of the flush casement window looks just as at home on new-build properties as it does on old residences.
There’s no doubt that traditional flush casement timber windows possess true beauty initially, but the ageing process gradually wears them down and leaves them looking tired. This is frustrating if you’re enamoured with authentic wood and we share those frustrations which is why we developed a modernised version of the original flush casement window. The biggest difference with these flush casements is that while they look like the real thing, they’re actually manufactured from UPVC and are completely maintenance-free. A classic white finish was chosen for the outside and inside.
You can see on the inside of the windows that the hardware utilised is also like you would expect to see in an authentic flush casement. The elegantly crafted handles are very pleasurable to use when creating different openings. Two further criticisms you could level at wooden flush casements is their poor thermal performance and security. No such issues with these flush casements as they heat up the house due to their high thermal insulating qualities and they feature a sophisticated locking mechanism. Breaking this lock when it’s securely fastened is virtually impossible and will allow the householder to be care-free when leaving the place unoccupied. Flush casements have never been as good as these.
