CLASSIC WHITE CONSERVATORY WITH FRENCH DOORS
When you’re outgrowing your home and preference expanding over moving, we can fashion a conservatory design that perfectly fits the setting.
Edwardian conservatories have been around for generations and are renowned for drawing in air and light. We put our own twist on this classic design by producing a compact offering that still provides a generously spacious rectangular floored area and doesn’t intrude too much into the garden.
The successfulness of managing to incorporate it into the original building was only achievable if we complemented the brickwork base of the structure to the bricks utilised in the house itself. As you can see, we accomplished it with some skill and also added several decorative touches.
It isn’t until you walk inside the conservatory that you appreciate just have much available space there is. Some of the credit for this must also go to the steep roof which provides an abundance of headspace. Speaking of the roof, it has glazing that brilliantly retains warm air and minimises heat loss, making the interior fully energy efficient.
There are however some window openings for when any extra ventilation is needed in summer. The inclusion of French doors gives the occupants an opportunity to enjoy more meals outdoors and spend time in the garden. When it came to choosing a finish it just had to be traditional white – a favoured finish for an all-time favourite conservatory design.
