Merry Christmas And A Big Thank You From Planet

Christmas and New Year are now only just around the corner, and it’s got us thinking about the last 12 months and how much of a success it’s been for Planet.

At the beginning of the year, we were a little anxious as to whether Cumbrian and North Lancastrian householders would have the same appetite for our home improvements as they have in previous years because of Brexit, but thankfully, any fears we had were averted very early on.

There has been no slowdown of interest in our windows, doors and conservatories, and our impressive sales figures confirm that. Visits to our Kendal showroom have also been healthy.

We’re indebted to our customers for that and for their generosity in recommending our services to their family and friends.

Our customer recommendation rate currently stands at 98% and there isn’t a day go by without a new customer telling us that Planet has been endorsed to them by a previous customer.

If you read our Customer Testimonials page, you too might be inclined to favour using Planet over any other home improvement specialist.

Plans are already afoot to bring customers an even higher standard of service in 2020 and may be a few new products too. Keep your eyes peeled for that.

For now, though, we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone for your support during 2019 and wish you a Happy Christmas.
