1. Provide a full and unrestricted opening

The one downside of a patio door in comparison to a bi-folding door is that it only offers a partial opening.

Bi-folding doors completely eliminate the boundary between home and garden, creating one vast opening from one end of the track to the other, ideal for when you want to let the sun in.

2. Trim frames

The slenderness of the aluminium frames allows very large pieces of glass to be inserted into the design.

Because there’s so much glass they drive a lot of natural light indoors and give you the most astounding views of the outdoors.

Any marks or stains that build-up over time can usually be removed by cleaning the frames with a soapy cloth every few months. Constant exposure to the sun won’t cause the frames to swell or colour to fade too.

Once summer has passed you don’t have to worry about the inside of your home feeling cold in winter.

Bi-folding doors offer excellent thermal insulation and will keep the internal temperature at a comfortable rate.
