We are eternally grateful to our customers for all of the support they have given us over the years, particularly during this very peculiar 2020. 

Without this support, it would have been impossible for Planet to become Cumbria’s No.1 home improvement company for Conservatories, Orangeries, Windows & Replacement UPVC Doors.

It’s no exaggeration to say that barely a day goes by when we don’t get a letter, email or telephone call from a customer informing us of how over the moon they are with the service they have received from our team.

Though our customer recommendation rate currently stands at an impressive 98%, we want to get it higher.
