When it was first unveiled the Loggia caused a storm and led to a deluge of requests for arguably the most exotic home extension ever created. Bridging the gap between a conservatory and conventional home extension, this Loggia boasts a pleasing pure cream finish and was built with the utilisation of a dwarf wall. Twin manual opening vents have been incorporated into the all-encompassing glass roof so that cool air can enter into the space and circulate its way around in warm conditions. Suitable thermal comfort will be assured though whatever the weather outside.
A suite has been purposely placed opposite to the white UPVC French doors so that the view through them can be fully appreciated. The occupants can also quickly rise from a seated position to venture outside onto the patio. Far from being a daytime only setting, the Loggia is also specially configured for night time living as downlighters have been positioned and connected up in the internal perimeter ceiling. One of the most striking aspects of the design though is the insulated corner columns – the detail is quite breath-taking and something you’d never tire of admiring. Glazed home extensions don’t get any more impressive than this.
